Groundworks Finisher

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete all final groundworks tasks to the required standard and within the given timeframe.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Use a range of hand tools to complete tasks including, but not limited to, shovels, rakes, and hammers.
- Liaise with other members of the team to ensure that work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Operate machinery such as concrete mixers and compaction equipment.
- Ensure that the site is left in a clean and tidy state at the end of each day.

Essential Requirements:

- Valid tickets for relevant machinery and equipment.
- Experience in groundworks finishing.
- Own PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) including hard hat, safety boots, and high visibility vest.
- Own hand tools.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to work overtime if required.

**Salary**: £18.00 per hour
