Working on social housing projects painting and decorating the interior of various different types of domestic properties.

You must have a valid UK driving licence as you will be using a company vehicle throughout the Midlands area.

The main duties will be to carry out prepping, rubbing down and painting Social Housing within the Midlands area. The successful applicant will be required to work autonomously with the support of the Contracts Manager.

Previous social housing experience and relevant qualifications would be advantageous. Immediate start for the right applicant.

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
