***What you'll do**
- You'll take ownership of a diverse variety of projects, utilising your communication skills to collaborate with and influence a broad range of multi-disciplinary teams (solutions architecture, design, test & delivery, support, product, partners, 3rd party suppliers, customer team).
- Use your project management, technical and organisational expertise to understand the business and strategic goals, translate them into an executable plan, and drive the implementation to success.
- Accurate and detailed planning for the UK delivery of engineering and operational capabilities to meet Telecoms Security Requirements and improve Cyber Security.
- Ensure vital governance controls are in place to ensure successful delivery to agreed time, cost, and quality measures.
- Identify and proactively manage budget, risks, issues, dependencies, forecast resource demand and enable prioritisation.
- Lead the project team by example and build a collaborative 'can do' environment.
***What you'll bring**
- Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager who has worked on IP and Broadband networks, customer and corporate cyber security and / or digital projects.
- Passion for delivering a great customer experience and driving innovation
- A consistent track record of successful delivery of agile, waterfall and hybrid projects, and of leading teams in a positive multicultural environment.
- People leadership skills with the ability to establish and maintain good relationships and an encouraging environment for delivery.
- Great written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively deliver information to senior stakeholders.
