**DEBRA** is recruiting for a friendly, approachable, and customer-orientated Retail Shop Assistant to join our friendly, supportive management team including volunteers based at our store in **East Horsley, Surrey**.**
Our new Retail Shop Assistant will be working on** a Full Time, Permanent **basis with a contract of** 35 hours** per week, earning a salary of **£19,000.18 per annum.**
**About DEBRA**
**We are a** national charity that supports individuals and families affected by **Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB)** - a painful genetic skin blistering condition which, in the worst cases, can be fatal.
**What we are looking for in our Retail Shop Assistant**:
You will be motivated and enthusiastic, with good customer service and retail administration skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure to meet targets and to help and support the efficient running of our store in **East Horsley**, Surrey**.
**Your Key Responsibilities in the role of Retail Shop Assistant**:
- Stock Rotation
- EPOS till Processing/ Cash Handling
- Customer Service
- Visual Merchandising
