Groundwork Foreman/woman

Key Responsibilities including:

- Overseeing the groundworks team on site, to ensuring that all work is carried out safely, efficiently and to a high standard;
- Coordinating with other site teams and the project manager to ensure that the groundworks phase is completed on time and to the required quality standard;
- Maintaining site H&S and Risk Assessments in adherence to regulations and company policies.
- Liaising with the project management team on progress and escalating any issues that arise;
- Managing and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers where required;
- Ensuring that all equipment and materials are available on site when required;
- Maintaining accurate site records and documentation.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

- Previous experience as a Groundworks Supervisor/ Groundwork Foreman;
- Strong background in and knowledge of groundworks, including drainage, foundations, concrete works and landscaping having previously come off the tools;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage a team effectively;
- PC/ tech literate
- SSSTS or SMSTS;
- First Aid;
- CSCS.

**Salary**: £230.00-£260.00 per day
