Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi Trader/ Handyman with an eye for doing work efficiently to a high standard of finish to join our team. We would also consider motivated apprentices looking to forward their knowledge and careers.

As a Multi Trader/ Trader, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to maintenance and refurbishment work. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.

**Duties**:

- Carry out general maintenance and repair work in various areas such as joinery, plumbing and other task such as painting and tiling as required.
- Completely varied day to day problem solving
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine the best course of action for repairs
- Ensure all work is completed to high standards
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Collaborate with other team members and subcontractors as needed

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Multi Trader or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various trades including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and tiling
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
- An eye for detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision or as a team
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members
