**Responsibilities**:

- Ongoing quality control visits of the units under management, including furnishing upgrades, cleaning and maintenance checks, with formal reports after each visit
- Build internal local and international relationships with Sales, Operations, Product and Owner Success
- Liaising with our Housekeepers via in person meetings, calls and chat
- Daily feedback audits (including Guest and Owners) to ensure all points are addressed and actioned promptly with follow ups
- Identifying service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors
- Troubleshooting and solving operational issues in the most efficient way, taking into account cost and ensuring guest and host satisfaction

**Requirements for the job**
- A keen eye for detail is crucial
- A people person, comfortable interacting with casual clients
- Self-driven, self-motivated, team player, proactive - a hustler
- Ability to prioritise, structure and solve problems
- Fluency in English is essential, with excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to work under pressure whilst being calm and composed
- Understand the value of customer satisfaction and put it at the heart of your work
- Ability to travel multiple times a week within London and other UK locations ad-hoc
- Experience within property management or interior design is desirable
