**The Role**
As an Engineering Instructor, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will help deliver training to the Royal Navy by being instruct them on how to navigate engineering problems.

Day to day, You’ll work with the Training Manager to deliver elements of the T31 training solution.
- Support the training manager to develop and maintain the training programme
- Assist the training manager with production of training material
- Deliver elements of the T31 Training solution
- Manage trainee records and competency award process
- Interact and engage as a member of the ship systems instructional staff

This role is Full time with a hybrid working arrangement.

**Experience required of the Engineering Instructor**
- Experience as an Instructor / Trainer.
- Background in Engineering preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of DSAT advantageous (Training can be provided)
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
- IT Proficient

**Qualifications for the Engineering Instructor**
- Engineering qualification beneficial
- Trainer / Instructor qualification beneficial but not essential
