**Position Overview**:
As an Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for analyzing project specifications and requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates. Your attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of electrical systems will be crucial in ensuring that our bids are competitive yet reflective of the scope and complexity of each project. You will work closely with our project managers, engineers, and clients to provide timely and well-structured estimates that align with our company's standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gain insights into project scope, timeline, and technical considerations.
- Conduct accurate take-offs and measurements to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, subcontractor costs, and overhead expenses.
- Ensure estimates are aligned with industry standards, local regulations, and company guidelines.
- Participate in bid review meetings and discussions, offering insights and recommendations based on your expertise.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, pricing, and industry developments.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the construction or electrical industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and installation processes.
- Proficiency in using estimating software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical estimating or related fields are a plus.
