Croft Care Services are looking for dedicated, full and part-time community/home carers, with own transport, to join our team. We currently have vacancies across Wakefield including City centre, Ossett, Horbury, Stanley and the 5 towns - Normanton, Knottingley, Pontefract Castleford and Featherstone.

We provide care between 6am and 11pm. Carers work a combination of morning and lunch shifts (6am-2.00pm), tea and evening shifts (3-11pm) or full days (6am -11pm) over a 2-week shift pattern including alternate weekends.

**Responsibilities of Community Care Worker role**:

- Travelling to service user’s home using own transport. (Full Driving license essential)
- Providing personal care - dressing, medication prompts, food prep - breakfast, lunch and tea, cleaning, shopping, and sitting service within the client’s own home.

- Excellent rates of pay.
- Visits £11.00/hr, £11.50/hr at weekends (rising to £11.10/hr £11.80 weekends following successful probation)
- Travel time - £10.42/hr and mileage £0.45/mile, (travel time between calls paid).
- Full training provided including opportunity to complete Level 2 and/or 3 in Health and Social Care
- Uniform provided.

Immediate starts available with transferrable DBS
