Kitchen Staff

I'm looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Kitchen Staff at Lunan Bay, Lunan House. As a casual member of our team, you will help to ensure the smooth running of our kitchen operations, supporting our chefs and ensuring that our customers receive top-quality service.

Role responsibilities:

- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and ingredient portioning
- Cooking menu items in accordance with recipes and guidelines
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Washing dishes and utensils
- Assisting with inventory management and stock control
- Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Providing support to the chefs as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a kitchen environment preferred, but not essential
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
