Ecommerce Analyst

A well-established business that is recognised as a world leader in precision coupling and piston air
motor technologies is looking for an Ecommerce Analyst in Hertford. They manufacture a
comprehensive range of precision coupling types including Beam, Oldham, Uni-Lat, Bellows, Disc,
and Elastomeric, along with producing highly efficient piston air motors for specialist motion control
**As Ecommerce Analyst, your responsibilities will include**:

- Managing the company product catalogue on the e-shop to help optimise customer
experience on the site.
- Liaising with US based e-commerce team on product content, technical data and images, and contribute to continuous site performance improvement.
- Maintaining online product pricing ensuring price changes are implemented accurately and on time
- Collaborating with e-commerce manager on all aspects of the e-shop including sales and
marketing campaigns
- Building, testing, and deploying new campaigns
- Regularly sanity checking of the catalogue, correcting any misplaced data or images
- Managing any issues arising on the e-shop and company website, raise tickets with relevant
tech team until resolved.

**We are looking for an Ecommerce Analyst who has the following skills and experience**:

- Either a Graduate or has some experience with E-commerce
- Well organised and able to work to deadlines, persistent and self-motivated
- Adaptable and committed to maximising Company e-shop potential in a constantly changing
environment
- Able to grow as the job develops and expands (we are expecting to quadruple e-commerce
sales over the next 3 years.)
- Forward thinking and able to make improvement recommendations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills, able to work well with people across different cultures
