As part of your job, you will travel around North
Yorkshire visiting the council’s property, undertake the regular inspections of
properties to identify estate management and data issues, identifying and
implementing appropriate actions.
You will survey land and buildings for
site plans, building plans, transaction plans and other purposes. You will also
handle boundary issues, including setting out boundaries, identifying
separation works required for acquisitions and disposals, managing boundary
disputes. You
will have work experience within property management or the building industry
or facilities management within the public or private sectors.

You
will need to have a full driving licence and require an Enhanced DBS and barred
list check.

You
will report to the Property Data Manager.

You will be part of a small but busy team primarily based at Northallerton. There will be opportunities to largely work from home.

Enhanced Level DBS Disclosure is required for appointment to this post.
