Floor Supervisor

The Giddy Goose DUNDEE are looking for an experienced Floor Supervisor to join their team. As a modern and fast growing company we are looking for a no nonsense, reliable, experienced floor supervisor to assist the manager in running the day to day operations of our busy venue in the heart of Dundee.
- Have relevant experience in another similar supervisory/management role
- Be flexible with working hours
- Work with the management team and owners to push the business forward coming up with new ideas and ways to improve the business
- Assist in training staff and continuing to enforce training into everyday service
- Be able to manage, lead and push the FOH team effectively during a shift
- Manage the team to ensure customer service standards are met and customer enquiries are dealt with
- To manage poor performance and address staff when leading the shift ie for attitude, uniform etc
- Communicate regularly with manager
- Have relevant knowledge of the hospitality industry
- Have previous barista experience
- Have previous bar experience
- Manage daily stock orders when incharge of shiftIndividuals must be dedicated to the job, reliable and be trustworthy.

Hourly rate/Salary: £10.80-£11.20 dependant on experience.

This role would suit an experienced FOH manager/supervisor who is looking to push their career and join a fast paced and established team.

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
