Boxtree are currently working with a well-respected insurance brokerage based in Chester who are looking for a skilled account handler to join their team. This role includes the opportunity to shadow the Account Executives within the business and undertake training to eventually become an Account Executive yourself.

**Responsibilities**:

- Looking after a book of existing clients
- Supporting the account executives with renewals, mid-term adjustments and new business
- Retaining client relationships by providing excellent customer service
- Look after both personal and commercial lines clients
- Chase clients for premiums and documentation when necessary

**Required**:

- 2 years commercial insurance experience, within broking
- Personal or commercial lines experience is essential
- Use of Applied Epic or Open GI is preferred, but not essential

**Company Benefits**:
