**About the Role**: As a dedicated SEND Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in providing tailored support to a child with complex needs, working closely on a one-to-one basis to facilitate their learning and development journey. From personalized education plans to sensory engagement and behavioral support, you'll utilize your expertise to create a nurturing environment where the child can thrive.

In addition to your one-to-one responsibilities, you'll also collaborate with teaching staff and external specialists, contributing insights and expertise to group activities and classroom initiatives. Your role as a SEND Specialist extends beyond individual support, encompassing a holistic approach to inclusion and learning for all students.

**Type of Contract**: This is a full-time permanent position, offering stability and opportunities for professional growth. Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 16:15, with generous holiday allowances. We recognize your dedication with a competitive salary ranging from £18,000 to £21,000.
