We are recruiting for a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team here at The Norfolk Arms Hotel and provide a first class customer experience to our guests and residents.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- To work in all areas of Food & Beverage, including the 2 bars, Restaurants and Function rooms
- Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
- Take orders and serve food to customers
- Prepare and set up the Restaurants and Function rooms for events
- Ensure all Food & Beverage areas are clean and tidy to the highest of standards

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:

- Smart presentation, polite and friendly manner
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- Able to work well within a team and able to cope under pressure
- Able to work early, late, weekends and Bank Holiday shifts is essential
- Previous experience of working in the catering industry is preferred

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £9.50-£9.60 per hour

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- catering: 1 year (preferred)
