We currently offer the following position in our office in Milton Keynes which will be a hybrid position.
**Customer Care Specialist**

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Processing of price enquiries, orders, returns, and coordination deliveries, installations and monitoring of open orders and invoices via SAP R/3
- Close coordination with production, sales, service, finance and product management departments to optimize sales targets and fulfill customer expectations.
**YOUR PROFILE**
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally with initial professional experience in customer service with excellent organizational and communication skills
- You are fluent in written and spoken English other language skills would be an advantage as backup for the EMEA Order management team.
- You have already gained experience with SAP R/3 module SD
