The Commercial division at SF Recruitment are working in partnership with a forward thinking and dynamic group who specialise in financial services.
They are looking for an Administrator to join their Underwriting team in Central Loughborough.
You will provide efficient and accurate administration support to the Mortgage underwriting team and provide a high standard of customer service to new or existing customers.
**The Role**:

- Providing and building excellent customer service relationships both internally and externally, ensuring that you adhere to policy and procedural guidelines at all times
- To record and analyse varying data
- Updating customer records
- Sending information to customers
- Undertake any other duties or projects as and when required
- Proven experience of provide a high standard of customer service
- Strong Administration skills
- Previous experience working within finance services would be an advantage
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Team worker but ability to use initiative
- Good attention to detail
The role is an immediate start working Monday to Friday working 36 1/4 hours per week.
The position is a temporary contract with the potential to go permanent for the right person, therefore you must be available immediately and be happy to have checks carried out to meet the criteria of our client.
