**About the Company**

Established in 2013, Complete Automotive is a UK based company providing remanufactured automotive steering products to the aftersales market.

We require a hard working individual to join our busy production department where we remanufacture vehicle steering racks. The main role will be to strip down hydraulic steering racks into component parts ready to be cleaned and rebuilt. This is a dirty, hands on job. No previous experience is necessary and full training will be provided. Ideally we would look for someone with experience as a mechanic (or similar) or steering remanufacturing, but this is not essential.

We need someone who can work with hand tools and can cope in a busy workshop environment helping produce high volumes of product to the required standard.
- Stripping, cleaning, and preparing steering racks ready for building and testing
- Handling and prepping of old core units
- Maintaining workstation and workshop
- Use of workshop tools and machinery
- Meeting production deadlines
- Adhere to H&S standards

**Person Specification**
- Strong work ethic, ready to get hands dirty
- Reliable and enthusiastic
- Experience with workshop tools
- Good timekeeping
- Ability to work on your own and in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Mechanic, engineering or workshop background (preferable but not essential)

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
