**Glazer - Hull - £30,878 + Bonus & Benefits (OTE - £34,000)**

Bates & Bradshaw are recruiting on behalf of a major Construction & Maintenance company in the Hull area who operate as one of the leading building, repairs, and maintenance contractors. They are presently employing around 500 people and have a turnover of £50 million and they have some ambitious plans in place to grow this again over the coming years.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver associated glass replacement responsive and routine maintenance repairs, boarding up, and new glazing installation work on construction contracts to schools, public buildings, leisure facilities, Social Services properties (open to trespass, as directed by Environmental Health).
- You must be able to repair blown out windows
- Replacing Hinges, Handles and UPVc Frames

**Requirements**:

- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent (Not Essential)
- Full Current Driving License
- Due to nature of work and H&S RPE requirements, must be clean shaven
