An prestigious information services company with global outreach is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate to join their team in Hamburg.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsibility for recruiting university graduates for the Client Service Team in Hamburg
- Development of a recruitment strategy for talent acquisition at selected universities
- Responsibility for the organization of recruiting events and participation in them (seasonal willingness to travel)
- Conducting interviews
- You are part of the senior EMEA recruitment team and lead in strategic talent initiatives
- Development of a sourcing strategy to attract young professionals for the associate role
- Close cooperation with the regional leadership team
- Monitor trends and engage external partners to support hiring efforts

**Requirements**:

- Completed degree (Bachelor/Master) or comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on Human Resources or comparable
- 3+ years experience in recruitment/ talent acquisition
- Very good knowledge of the job market for university graduates in the DACH region
- Experience in building relationships with external partners such as universities, colleges, student organizations, etc.
- Proficient in German and English
- Ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and managers across the organization
- A confident and persistent personality: the ability to respond efficiently and positively to feedback, make decisions with clarity and learn from difficult situations

**Compensation and benefits**
- Average total remuneration: €66,000 consisting of (i) €60,000 base salary (ii) and (iii) an annual bonus of 10%
- _25 vacation days, 10 public holidays and business closure during Christmas week._
