As a Clinical Supply Chain (CSC) Planning Leader, you will be responsible for the performance of the study delivery planning function, encompassing the generation and cross functional agreement of schedules for labelling, packaging, QA and CMO teams, ensuring delivery of agreed demand for clinical supply and associated activities by requested dates.

We are looking for someone with a strong drive for results, ability to influence stakeholders, strong analytical and communication skills.

What will be some of your responsibilities as a Clinical Supply Chain Planning leader?
- Coordinate and align efforts across multiple functions (planning, supply chain managers, CMOs, labelling and packaging, QA, etc) to make sure priorities are established and in order to identify and eliminate internal / external barriers to plant OTIF performance
- Deliver short-, medium
- and long-term plans, translating analyses into key inputs for capacity planning, enabling functional teams decision making on prioritization or capacity/resources management
- Inform key stakeholders of barriers to long term direction as well as opportunities in capacity during monthly supply reviews
- Lead monthly forecast/capacity review
- Lead efforts to identify systemic planning process issues and propose short term remedial actions as well as longer term / and or system solutions to those problems
- Coordinate dialogue with key stakeholders to align on priorities to customer needs, identifying and coordinating critical actions to minimize risk to clinical supplies timelines
- Drive performance by implementing key performance indicators and design/implement remediation/improvement action plans
- Manage a team

- Strong background in plant planning, master production schedule or project planification and capacity management
- Cross functional experience in a similar role/industry
- Advanced knowledge and proficient in the use of planning tools and software programs in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Experience in project management

But also:

- Strong drive for results, ensuring that plant plan is effective, supporting the delivery of objectives and work programmes to the required standards of performance and governance
- Ability to influence stakeholders, maintaining high level of accountability for timely input, analysis and response to support plan delivery
- Strong analytical skills to identify improvement to existing tools and processes, as well as anticipating short and longer terms blocks and corresponding solutions to prevent those
- Effective communication skills, using different styles, coaching and developing individuals to ensure key messages are assimilated and acted upon at all levels
- Ability to establish and support strong and effective relationships in a high-performance culture which creates transparency, innovation, efficiency and team working
- Strategic thinking to understand the nature, operation and strategy of the CSC organisation and its nodes and continuously drive for improvement

**Preferred Qualifications**:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

- Degree in business or planning discipline, or APICS
- Lean / Six sigma qualification
- Project management and Change Management experience
- Knowledge of how to run a PMO (project management office)
- Understanding of Clinical Supply Chain (Manufacturing, packaging, distribution) or clinical study management
