The ambitious Individual Giving Team at Crisis plays a key role in our successful and innovative fundraising programme - raising over £30m per year. The team is vital to the long-term income growth of the organisation, recruiting new individual supporters, and increasing the engagement of existing supporters through an audience-led communications programme of diverse channels and products.

The Year-Round Team sits within the Individual Giving Team and works to deliver one of our key fundraising goals, to increase net income outside of Crisis’ flagship Christmas campaign.

**Salary**:£43,788 per annum

**Contract**:Permanent

**Hours**: 35 hours per week

**Location**:Based in our London office (we are open to a range of flexible working options, in line with Crisis’ Hybrid-Working Policy)

**About the role**

We are looking for an experienced fundraising professional to join the Acquisition branch of our Individual Giving Team. You will lead on delivering and evaluating inspiring, innovative, and cost-effective acquisition campaigns to achieve increasing levels of income from new Crisis supporters. You will work within a high achieving, supportive and collaborative team to achieve our mission of ending homelessness.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have experience delivering end-to-end fundraising campaigns. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work across multiple projects at the same time. You will be able to use your direct marketing knowledge to support in the delivery of Crisis’ Year-Round acquisition campaigns, working in collaboration with key stakeholders and agency partners. You will be able to contribute to the analysis of results. You will be able to work on your own initiative and have a strong proactive approach to project management, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and to budget.

You will be committed to the vision, mission, and values of Crisis. You may have experience in direct marketing or individual giving fundraising.
