Based in an inner city multi-racial area of Leeds, Chapeltown Citizens Advice provides a comprehensive advice service from its main office and outreaches.

This project will present you with an exciting opportunity to maintain and develop a quality generalist advice service tailored to meet the specific needs to Liver Transplant Pathway Patients, St James’ University Hospital, Leeds

You should have recent experience, full or part time equivalent, paid or unpaid, of advising clients and carrying casework within a generalist advice work setting including recent experience and a good working knowledge of all aspects of welfare rights advice.

You will carry and manage your own caseload.

Enhanced level DBS check: because these advisers will work closely with vulnerable clients an enhanced DBS check will be required for all successful applicants.
