**Job Details**

You will form part of our Corporate Governance Team which sits within Children & Young People Community Health and be:

- responsible for the management and provision of an efficient and comprehensive administrative support service whilst providing project management support for the Quality and Assurance Leads
- overseeing the delivery of mandatory training and undertaking the day-to-day management of the training team.
- an integral part of the team and help inform and enable quality assurance, clinical governance, and patient safety across the services.

**Your role and responsibilities**

You will be involved in:

- the development and implementation of audits and evaluation to improve the quality-of-service delivery as directed by the Clinical Quality and Assurance Leads.
- the development and implementation of projects which inform quality improvement of services, leading on quality projects as defined by the Clinical Quality and Assurance Leads
- supporting the Clinical Quality and Assurance Leads with any area of clinical governance or quality required e.g. development of Patient Group Directions, information for NICER group, review of Information Governance breaches, quality impact assessments.
- overseeing the delivery of mandatory training and undertake the day-to-day management of the training team, including the establishment of work programmes, setting work priorities and resolving problems, including those escalated by the team.

**The team**

The Corporate Governance Team is expanding, and you will be pivotal in its success. Based at Endeavour House Ipswich, the team support across CYP Health Community Services, ensuring the safety and quality of service to both staff and service users.
