At Well Street Pharmacy and Hughes Pharmacy you will support the team to deliver great service to our customers. Building relationships with our customers and our team is at the heart of what we do. We are looking for someone to join our team full time. You will be required to work every other Saturday. The job will be split across two pharmacies, A full UK driving license is essential. Your place of work will change from week to week between Ruthin and Mold.
Your main responsibilities will be ensuring the smooth running of the shop floor. You will manage stock levels and provide the best level of care and advice for our customers. You will assist with sales and cash transactions, stocking and tidying the shelves, date checking items and providing customers information on common ailments. This is a self-motivated role in a busy and fast paced pharmacy. You must be willing to complete further training/ courses within the Pharmacy to progress to a relief dispenser.
We are really excited for a new member to join our team. We run as a team and we love to hear about new ideas and ways we can grow the business. There are a variety of shift patterns available. We’re early birds and night owls, flexibility is really important to us as you will need to be able to work some late shifts (finish at 6.30pm) and weekends.
**Essential Criteria**
- Previous relevant experience within retail or a similar role
- Driving license (to travel between Ruthin and Mold).
- Must be **fully flexible** to work according to the rota
- Team worker
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be prepared to complete training courses within the pharmacy
**Desirable Criteria**
- Previous relevant experience working in a pharmacy or studying a related discipline
- NPA Interact Course or Equivalent
- Welsh speaking
