**Main Responsibilities**
- Scheduling remedial and corrective activity with major clients and specific Service Engineers
- Scheduling Planned Maintenance Visits with Major Clients and specific Service Engineers
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Preparation of various activity reports
- Preparation of KPI Reports covering all aspects of the contract
- Liaising with internal departments
- Attending contract review meetings
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of all aspects relating to Service

**Knowledge and Experiences**
- Previous administration experience
- Fantastic customer focus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organistion skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a deadline driven environment
