We are recruiting for a **Trainee Stairlift Engineer**to join Stannah covering a route across West Sussex???????

You will be able to gain an NVQ within Lift Engineering within an approved timeframe. Working alongside our qualified Stairlift Engineers you will have the opportunity to demonstrate the knowledge, skills and behaviours that you will gain from our experiencedengineers to complete your training.

You will be committed to your own personal training and development. We are looking for someone who is keen to actively improve their skills, knowledge and business awareness.. Once training has been completed, you will be added to the call out rota. Callout is 1 in 4, with the expectation of 1 day a week rolling.

**A full UK driving licence along with a clean DBS are essential for this role.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure a high standard of quality, delivery of service, and customer care is maintained
- Attend training sessions or engage in other learning activities
- Maintain an NVQ portfolio, producing evidence
- Complete an NVQ qualification within the required timescale
- Undertake a range of tasks suited to the current level of training and development
- Attend training and learning events or via distance learning with LEIA
- Complete all work-related documentation accurately
- Understand and comply with policies and procedures
- Carry out work in a safe and diligent manner
