**Description of role**:
In response to sustained business growth and the introduction of exciting new products, TWI Certification Ltd (TWI CL) has created opportunities for a Certification Officer to join their established and friendly team. TWI CL is an internationally recognised and respected certification body that develops and operates industry-focused assessment schemes to recognise the competence and compliance of personnel and manufacturers.

You will rapidly gain knowledge of a range of certification schemes and processes. With a logical and systematic approach to your work, you will value being supported by written procedures and guidelines in this regulated environment where quality of data input and document output is of prime importance.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Processing payments, including credit/debit card, cheque and bank transfers
- Issuing/renewing certificates and ID cards in compliance with the relevant scheme requirements
- Liaising with internal customers worldwide
