This position is located in Openshaw

**Hours of work **Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 16:45pm, Friday 8:30am-16:15pm

**Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities**
- Answering Calls
- Calling customers
- Dealing with internal external queries
- Excel inputting
- Fast Learner
- Confident to approach Senior Managers/Operations Director with updates or for additional information.
- Excellent phone etiquette
