Recovery Support Worker

If you are passionate about recovery and support, then Tezlom have an extremely important and pivotal role to bring to you.

We are looking for a full time, **Recovery Support Worker** to work one to one and in group settings, supporting adults with addictions and recovery in **Runcorn.**

This is based at an addictions and recovery centre in Runcorn, that supports adults and individuals with gambling additions, drug and alcohol misuse, and other associated conditions.

The centre has on site accommodation that house adults in a short term basis, therefore you will potentially be making a large and positive impact in supporting these adults at the centre.

It is a mixture of one to one work, supporting adults with daily activities and also working in smaller group settings, encouraging them to attend sessions, activities and enable each person to choose the right pathways.

This is a full time permanent position, working **40 hours per week, days only.** As part of your contract, **you will be required to work one sleepover shift (paid) per week.**

**Shift times vary from (You will work a mix of)**:
AM: 7.30-16:00

MID: 12-20:30

PM: 14:00-22:30

And one sleepover shift is 23:00-7:30

INDPERM

**Experience/What we are looking for**:

- **Minimum one year in a supporting capacity (support or care work)**:

- **NVQ 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable, but not essential**:

- **Able to work 40 hours per week plus one sleep over shift is ESSENTIAL**
