Are you an experienced Sales Assistant with experience in the fashion and luxury sectors? Do you have a passion for fashion & luxury? We are looking for full-time and part-time (8, 12, 16, 20 or 30 hours per week) Sales Assistants to join our client at their outlet store, in Cheshire Oaks. What you will do as a Sales Assistant:
One team focused on the consumer
- Deliver an extraordinary client experience through brand storytelling and by fostering synergies between categories to drive sales in store or via out-reach
- Build a loyal client database of Very Important Customers (VICs) leveraging the company clienteling and digital resources
- Communicate consistently with the team to ensure excellent client service and with the manager on commercial opportunities and providing client feedback

Brand Ambassador
- Create a unique and elevated environment in line with the company sales code
- Embody the company values and spirit
- Support the manager(s) developing the team's product knowledge and selling culture

Operations
- Be an expert of the company store systems and procedures to enhance selling efficiencies and to build the client database
- Participate in-store merchandising activities in line with the company standards and creative directives
- Maintain established operational and merchandising store standards

Who You Are
- Energetic, passionate, and results-driven team player
- Experience in premium/ luxury environment
- Excellent communication skills with in-depth product knowledge

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
