Salary : £22,000 - £24,000

With our huge client based in Manchester City Centre we are looking to appoint an experienced Administrator to join their team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support across Supply Chain Management policies. Working hours are Monday-Friday some flexibility on hours worked and hybrid working after training.

Duties:

- Implement group sourcing strategies by helping to develop and implement the Contracts and Purchase Orders
- Work closely with Assistant Managers to ensure the appropriate PO’s are in place in line like with Supply Chain Policy spend thresholds
- Monitor new vendor set up forms
- Support or lead all aspects of low level sourcing process including analyzing data and supply markets
- Assist departments to better control costs and improve services within their budgets and to give direction and guidance to business areas
- Provide administrative support to service line team
- Respond ad hoc queries from stakeholders

**Profile**:

- Looking for someone who has strong administrative experience within an office environment
- Beneficial to have working knowledge of the Property Management sector
- Strong IT skills - across Microsoft Office Packages
- Good communication skills - verbally and written
- Beneficial to have worked in a similar supply chain process
