JOB TITLE Brand Manager - On Trade (Regional & National)
REPORTS TO UK’s Brand Director
LOCATION Marlow, Buckinghamshire
REMUNERATION Details will be provided - 36 -38K - 10% OTE and £6,900 car Allowance
& BENEFITS
JOB PURPOSE:

- Implement and oversee brand activations in flagship on trade accounts
- Project Manager
- Be the in house Brand Champion
- Internal reporting for Brand related meetings + feed in ideas to UK brand plan
- Content coordinator with Regional Menus
- POS + Mobile Bar Brand Champion supported by Sales & Brand Administrator
- Create and update the Sales Training presenter

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
**1. Brand Activations**
1.1. Implement and oversee brand activations in flagship on trade accounts
1.2. Monitor territory budget + KPIs for each flagship brand activation
1.3. Work with the external brand activation agency + align with LP France Brand Team
1.5. Contribute marketing activation ideas into ad hoc tenders
1.6. Project Manager in the on trade, off trade liaising with Retail Brand Manager, Rosie van, Taste of London, PR & Comms, monitoring expenditure with the Brand Director
**2. Brand Champion**
2.1. Responsible for updating a quarterly review referencing key competitor’s activity in the on + off trade, press coverage, trade and consumer event sponsorships
2.2. Present findings via a Powerpoint presentation to the Brand Director quarterly
2.3. Agree which recommendations to share with the Leadership Team and Sales Team
**3. Internal Brand reporting in Powerpoint & Excel + UK Brand Plan**
3.1. Feed in ideas to Brand Director for the annual UK brand plan
3.2. Prepare brand activation update slides for the 4-6 sales meetings p/a
3.3. Present quarterly category review to Brand Director
3.4. Prepare monthly best practice slide on flagship activations for LP France + Group CEO
3.5. Prepare fortnightly brand activation Excel report for the Brand Director reviewing budget expenditure, status on each activation and next steps
3.6. Weekly Robe 360 approach updates linked to On Trade, Retail, Taste of London, Rosie Van, Press sampling, PR & Communications
**4. Financial Times Regional menus**
4.1. Content coordinator for the sales team to source specific copy, menu, menu price, booking terms and conditions from each participating restaurant
4.2. Template outlining this information with specific word count will be provided
4.3. Submit content to the FT together with photography provided by the LP PR & Comms Brand Manager by agreed deadline
4.4. Proof read content plus check photography is correct and share with each restaurant for approval before signing off content and photography with the FT
**5. POS Project Manager + Sales Training Presenter**
5.1. Source UK POS where absolute necessary when LP France cannot meet UK needs
5.2. Coordinate and communicate LP France POS updates as briefed by Brand Director
5.3. Maintain relationship with mobile bar operator and monitor costs to be included in annual UK brand budget. Oversee Sales & Brand Administrator re mobile bar booking schedule
5.4. Create and update the Sales Training presenter
**6. Ad Hoc**
6.1. Attend brand activation accounts events
6.2. Accompany UK sales team and specific flagship accounts on occasional trips
6.3. Assist Brand Director in ad hoc brand support requests as required
Environment: - (interaction with others, location, hours etc.)
- Attending meetings with customers 3 days a week.
- Work from Marlow office one day a week
- Working from home for remainder of week
- Occasional trip to with Flagship customers accompanied by Sales Team

Performance Evaluation Criteria:

- Individual KPIs including raising awareness and brand equity of the brand in flagship accounts

Core Competencies and Behaviours Required:

- Strong verbal & written communication skills including fluency in English
- Strong Excel and numeracy skills
- Powerpoint skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organizational and prioritization skills, including familiarity handling multiple assignments simultaneously
- Ability to work independently in a small team, take initiative, ask questions when required
- Educated to degree level
