duties will include
- Provide training and instruction of fitness programs to individuals and groups in the gym or through delivery of class programs.
- Engage with members to maximise their exercise routines and help them to reach their individual goals.
- Conduct fitness assessments of members or potential new members.
- Operating the online booking system First Sports International (FSI) to sign up new members and deal with any other membership issues.
- Using the FSI system to ensure that all members are swiping in when attending the gym and dealing with any cards declined issues.
- Using the Leisure United App to communicate with customers.
- Maintaining gym sales through calls to potential new members and to carry out and sales tours of the gym.
- Attend any outreach plans to promote the centre and to generate new gym leads.
- Inform members of class timetable and promote within centre.
- Attend regular meetings with GM and gym manager.
- Maintain daily/weekly maintenance checks of all fitness equipment and follow company procedures to report any faults.
- To undertake regular checks and cleaning of gym, studio and gym changing rooms to maintain high standards and take prompt action where action is required.
- Adhere to all procedures and guidelines listed within the Standard Operations Procedures Manual.
- Maintain health and safety procedures for staff members and gym members.
- To undertake equipment set up and take downs according to the programme of activities. _(This will involve lifting or moving of medium weight equipment)_
- To provide inductions to new gym members or existing members.
- Ensure that the highest standards of customer service is always delivered.
- Forward any customer complaints and queries to General Manager.
- Help with the football side of the business as and when required.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
