Furniture Sprayer

We are looking for a Furniture Sprayer / Finisher to join our team here in Frome, Somerset where we produce a wide range of bedroom & dining furniture.

We are looking for someone with a good eye for detail, who can work within a fast paced environment and who enjoys working as part of a team and is happy to undertake any other relevant duties as required.

The hours are 7am to 4pm Mon - Fri & Pay is dependent upon experience.

We offer a competitive rate of pay which will be discussed at this stage.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare wood surfaces by sanding, filling, and smoothing, ensuring they are ready for the finishing proces.
- Accurately match and mix colors to meet specifications.
- Inspect furniture items for imperfections and taking corrective actions as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sprayer, preferably in a carpentry and joinery.
- Previous experience in preparing furniture - filling, sanding, base coating, denibbing.
- Strong knowledge of wood finishes, staining, and painting techniques.
- Proficiency in operating spray equipment and tools.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to finishing materials and equipment.
