We are a private Training Provider with over 25 years’ experience of working with young people aged 16-19 in South London and Surrey supporting them to find their chosen path in education and preparing/supporting them for the world of work and adulthood.

We place very high importance on the relationship all our staff build with our students. This bond enables us to improve each student’s personal and social skills in a nurturing and protected environment. We are committed to safeguarding the welfare of all the young people and staff we work with.

We are currently seeking to appoint a motivated and talented Hairdressing Tutor to join our friendly team in our Carshalton Centre. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our students achieve the appropriate vocational qualification as part of their Study Programme.

A minimum Level 3 qualification and competence in working with-in the hairdressing industry is essential. We deliver hairdressing VRQ from Entry level to level 3, we use City & Guilds. You must hold an Assessor Award qualification.

You must have excellent written and oral skills, a proactive approach to work and a willingness to take on new and challenging tasks along with a good sense of humour and stamina.

Experience of working with young people with an EHCP or Send would be an advantage as many of our students have diagnosed and undiagnosed SEND.

**Salary**: £28,000 Thousand per year

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
