Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Goods Inward / Yardsman to join our team. As a Goods Inward / Yardsman, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and managing incoming goods and materials. Your role will involve operating forklifts, managing inventory, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods within the factory.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive incoming goods and materials, verifying their quantity and quality
- Inspect and document any damages or discrepancies
- Book in all deliveries onto our MRP system
- Organize and store goods in designated areas within the factory
- Operate forklifts to load and unload materials as needed
- Build pallets or crates for shipping purposes
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of goods to production areas
- Maintain control of Customer owned goods.
- Maintain accurate stock records including frequent stock checks.
- Keep all areas of the factory and yard tidy and organised

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate forklifts safely
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good attitude to work
