We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Potato Graders to join a leading agricultural company specializing in the production and distribution of high-quality potatoes. As a Potato Grader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our potato products, contributing to our commitment to delivering excellence to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Grade and sort potatoes based on size, shape, and quality standards.
- Inspect potatoes for defects, such as rot, bruising, or disease.
- Remove foreign materials and debris from the potatoes.
- Operate grading machinery and equipment efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Always adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and targets.
- Report any issues or malfunctions with the grading equipment to supervisors.
- Follow proper handling and storage procedures for potatoes.

**What we need from you**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy bags or crates of potatoes.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
