**About the role**

This is a key post within the Learner Services function at Grimsby Institute, supporting the successful progression of students on their programme of study. Success Coaches work alongside curriculum teams, providing comprehensive pastoral support to learners and leading on the delivery of the group tutorial and enrichment programme.

**About the person**
- Positive interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to learners and deal professionally with colleagues and external agencies.
- The ability to remain calm during conflict.
- The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
