- Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to enhance market engagement and ensure alignment between client needs and Lucideon solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to drive strategic business decisions and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

You're a dynamic professional with a bachelor’s degree in materials engineering or a related technical field, combined with a passion for sales and a proven track record of success. Your ability to navigate complex technical discussions and build rapport with clients sets you apart as a leader in the aerospace sales arena.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in technical or commercial roles within the aerospace industry is highly desirable.
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a strong focus on customer relationship management.

**Skills**:

- Personable, attentive, and driven by success, with a keen ability to build and nurture relationships.
- Outstanding communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in networking and prospecting, with a flair for identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
- Comfortable engaging with engineers, project managers, and C-suite executives across the aerospace sector.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is required for this role.
