**POSITION OVERVIEW**

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INVENTORY ADMINISTRATOR TO PROVIDE LEADERSHIP SUPPORT.

YOU WILL WORK CLOSELY WITH THE ADMINISTRATION SUPERVISOR TO MANAGE AND CO-ORDINATE THE INTAKE OF IMPORTED STOCK TO OUR WAREHOUSE TO ALLOW THE ONWARD DELIVERY TO OUR CLIENT BY VARIOUS MODES, INCLUDING SEA, AIR, DEDICATED VEHICLE OR COURIER SERVICES

YOU SHOULD BE ADAPTABLE, PROACTIVE, SUPPORTIVE AND DETAIL ORIENTATED

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**(NOTE: This is not an exhaustive list of duties but represents the main requirements of the role)**
- UNDERSTANDING AND PROFILING THE IMPORTANCE OF ACCURATE INVENTORY
- CO-ORDINATING INTAKE OF STOCK AND INBOUND DELIVERIES FROM SUPPLY CHAIN
- TRACK BACKORDERS AND ACTION ACCORDINGLY
- ASSIST WITH CYCLICAL AND SPOT STOCK COUNTS
- WORKING CLOSELY WITH INTERNAL TEAMS

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**

**EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE**

EXPERIENCE IN AN INVENTORY ADMINISTRATOR OR SIMILAR ROLE IS REQUIRED

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITH INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

MUST HAVE COMPETENT COMPUTER SKILL, EXCEL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE IS ESSENTIAL

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
