**Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory databases.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary to ensure uninterrupted workflow

**Receiving and Inspection**:

- Receive and inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or quality issues.
- Document and report any damaged or defective items.

**Storage and Organization**:

- Organize materials in the warehouse for easy accessibility.
- Implement a systematic storage system to optimize space utilization.
- Ensure that materials are stored safely and in compliance with safety regulations.

**Issuing of PPE, Consumables and Plant**:

- Process requests for materials from different departments or production teams.
- Prepare and issue materials in a timely manner to support production schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of materials issued.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Keep detailed records of all transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns.
- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, consumption, and discrepancies.
- Provide necessary documentation for audits or inspections.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate ordering of materials.
- Work closely with production teams to understand their material requirements.
- Communicate effectively with various departments to address their material needs.

**Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the handling and storage of materials.
- Implement proper labeling and handling procedures for hazardous materials.

**Equipment Maintenance**:

- Oversee the maintenance and condition of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Arrange for repairs or replacements as needed.
