We have an exciting 9 month secondment opportunity for a Band 7 health professional to lead the Falls Prevention Team in Quality Specialist Services.

The role offers flexibility in part time hours of work, hours can be worked across 3- 5 days.

You will join the current team to lead the provision of clinical expertise, advice and training available to DCHS staff and services. The team is small and dynamic, providing a supportive and communicative working environment.

The current Falls Prevention Lead post holder will work alongside this post for half a day per week to offer guidance and support for this role.

The role is mainly remote with need to travel to DCHS sites on an occasional basis.

You will be leading a small but dynamic team with diverse opportunities to utilise your clinical expertise and knowledge, alongside skills in training and education, quality improvement, project management and patient safety/investigative-thinking.
