**WHAT TO EXPECT**

As part of the re-imagine strategy, Jaguar is looking to completely reinvent itself in the luxury segment. To deliver this at pace, a complete team covering all functions, is collocated with the Jaguar Design Studio. Within this team, Jaguar Electrical has a small, dedicated group ensuring the electrical architecture is seamlessly delivered into the Jaguar vehicles. The mantra of the team is to make quick nimble decisions and rapidly unblock technical issues.

The role would appeal to an engineer that seeks empowerment and exposure to all parts of the Jaguar business including Design, Programme, Finance, Brand and more, whilst maintaining essential links to the core Electrical team.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

The role that is being advertised is to support the Electrical Manager covering Infotainment. The role will be to interface with key areas of the core Infotainment and the offboard team and understand the progress and technical issues being faced. A key part of the role is to ensure that, although Jaguar Electrical is a self-contained business unit, we add value to wider Jaguar Land Rover Business.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**
- Good technical knowledge of how systems / components are delivered (Infotainment knowledge is a bonus rather than essential if skillset can be demonstrated)
- Ability to work autonomously with mínimal guidance across a range of stakeholders, this includes the ability to prioritise
- Ability to make reasoned conclusions and proposals with the confidence to report out at all levels of the organisation (Jaguar is a very compact team)
- Excellent people skills to ensure value is added
- Supplier management experience (preferably service based, but evidence from delivery-based experience will be considered)
