Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced **Warehouse Supervisor** to work at our Newtown facility. You will be supporting the Warehouse Manager and guiding the team in their duties, set daily tasks and deploy resources effectively whilst ensuring compliance and H&S policies are adhered to.

Over the last 15 years Rebo - Outdoor Toys has become one of the UK’s fastest growing online retailers, supplying a wide range of outdoor toys to our growing customer base. We design and manufacture many of our own wood-based products at our Montgomery site. Alongside this we also stock a wide range of children’s outdoor toys and accessories for the home market. **Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities**

Provide direction to the team, communicate effectively the daily & weekly tasks

Be the first point of contact for the team

Assist with training and development of team members and new starters

Evaluate team performance

Conduct daily checks

Ensure compliance with all company rules, regulations and H&S requirements

Good communication skills, able to cascade information effectively

Works at pace with and awareness of KPI targets

Follows processes and able to train others

Positive and motivated

A team player who can work with the wider team when needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,040.00 per year
