Our client a busy Education provider are looking to recruit a Youth Employment Tutor for their busy site based in Brighton. The role will include the planning, delivery and development of their traineeships programme for 19-24 year olds.

**Duties will include**:

- Deliver Employability Skills e.g. planning for progression, CV/personal statement writing, interview skills etc.
- Deliver Functional Skills (Maths and English) in small groups
- Contribute to on-going development of schemes of work and curriculum plans
- Complete and maintain individual learning plans and progress reviews
- Liaising with the Traineeships Support Officer to ensure all learners have a work placement
- Coach, guide and encourage learners to give them the necessary skills, motivation and knowledge to progress

**HOURS**: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

**LOCATION**: Brighton

**SALARY**:£25,000 - £27,000 per annum

**ANNUAL LEAVE**: 33 days (Inc. Bank holidays)
- Will have a Teaching qualification (i.e. PTLLS or above)
- English and Mathematics qualifications at Level 2
- Previous experience of delivering Functional Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work accurately towards targets and deadlines
- Ability to engage and support young people s
- Committed to inclusion
