Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a popular award-winning hotel on the beautiful island of Jersey and we have a fantastic opportunity for a receptionist to join their team.

**What's involved?**

As Receptionist your duties will vary but not limited to booking reservations, maximising the guest experience, checking in and out of guests, ensuring the task lists are actioned as well as completed on daily basis. Also, upsell at every opportunity withaccommodation and F&B plus island tours.

Ideally looking for a Hotel Receptionist from a 3 or 4 Star hotel background, who has a 'can do' attitude and able to work occasional solo shifts. Someone who is a team player and has proven experience as well as an understanding of OTA extranets. Knowledgeof SiteMinder or Room Master would be advantageous.
