Apprentice Maintenance Operative

_Our client is currently looking for an apprentice maintenance operative to join their busy team in Botcheston, Leicester_

Our clients Residential Home is based in Leicestershire, and is situated in the beautiful, rural countryside. Their care home offers a peaceful residence in idyllic countryside settings, but with easy access by road, rail and air.

**Hours of Work**: 36-40 hours a week (5 days)

**Salary**: £6 - £10.42 per hour

**Apprentice Maintenance Operative Duties**:

- Ensure the premises are maintained to a high standard
- Take control of H&S checks
- Provide our residents with a safe, comfortable and pleasant environment in which to live

**Apprentice Maintenance Operative Requirements**:
No previous property maintenance experience is required as full training will be provided.
- A keen interest in property maintenance
- Reliability is key
- Good communication skills
- Can work as part of a great team
